If you head over to your local fireplace and wood stove store, they should be able to sell you different thicknesses of gaskets by the foot. I bought 5/8" gasket for mine but you will need to measure the gap between your fridge door and the fridge itself to determine what thickness is right for you. Bear in mind that the self tapping screws and sealant will shrink that gap as well.
You want a gasket that is going to seal well when compressed. If it is not thick enough, you will have a lot of heat and smoke escaping from the edge of the door. If the gasket is too thick, you won't be able to close your door so make sure you choose correctly.

You will also need to pick up a tube of high temperature silicone sealant. Once again, this should be available at your local fireplace and wood stove store. I chose the silicone sealant for this instead of more FireBlock because the rubbery and softer consistency of the silicone sealant meant I would have a bit of a cushion for the gasket.

Once you've got your gasket and your sealant, you are ready to stick the gasket onto the door. Apply a layer of the silicone sealant on top of your existing black sealant, then stick your gasket on. With the gasket in place, apply more of the silicone sealant on both sides of the gasket and using your finger, smooth the silicone out and up to create a tight seal.
